All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order after payment has cleared. (Wigs and Platinum Hair will ship in 5-7 business days)
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days. All orders are processed and shipped during business days only.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered to you.
For express shipping please contact us via email before purchasing your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are absolutely no returns or refunds unless in the rare occurrence a product is defective. ALL sales are final.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com with details and pictures of the product and the defect.
All items must be in original condition. Hair cannot be worn, dyed, cut, taken of the bundle or altered in any way.
