SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 2-4 business days to receive your order after payment has cleared. Orders are processed and shipped during business days only (no weekends or holidays.  All orders require a signature upon delivery.

This ensures your order is delivered to you. 

If you require pick-up services there is an option at checkout in which you will not be charged a shipping fee. If hair is in stock, next day pickup is possible, please email us if you require this service.

 

For express shipping please contact us via email before purchasing your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

There are absolutely no returns or refunds unless in the rare occurrence a product is defective.  

We do not process cancellations after the an order has been placed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All items must be in original condition. Hair cannot be worn, dyed, cut, taken of the bundle or altered in any way. Please always allow 24-48 hours for a response during business days.
